SAME-DAY DELIVERY IN THE UAE

  • We accept same day delivery across the UAE; orders must be placed before 2:00pm. 
 

DELIVERY RATE

Dubai 30 AED
Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and  Fujairah 150 AED
Abu Dhabi 150 AED
Sharjah and Ajman 100 AED
  • For orders placed after 2:00pm, the delivery can take up to 24 hours. Someone from the balloonsdubai.com team will call to confirm the delivery.

  • Orders can only be cancelled 24 hours before your delivery time and date. Claims for damages and/or shortages made after 24 hours of your delivery arriving will be refused.

We offer express delivery! You can also call us on +971 4 243 4773 or +971 55 162 8056 to make a request and we have extra charges for express deliveries.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Balloonsdubai.com (Little Bucket Gifts Trading LLC) accepts cancellations, for any reason; up to the moment we have processed your order.
  • You cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed and/or shipped, but you may return it should you wish.
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Little Bucket will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with Delivery Receipt or Store Receipt.

For returns and exchanges you can send us an email on contact@balloonsdubai.com stating your invoice number and that you wish to cancel or return the product.

  • Returns must be addressed to: Office 619 6th floor Blue bay tower Business bay Dubai, Dubai, U.A.E..
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).
