Returns and Exchange Policy

Little Bucket accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided you have a Delivery or Store Receipt.

• To request a return or exchange, email contact@balloonsdubai.com with your invoice number and details.
• Returns should be sent to: Shop No. 14, DAMAC Executive Bay, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Products must be in original packaging and in new condition.
• Refunds will be processed only via the original payment method.
• Once we receive your package, we will email you to confirm if you want an exchange or a credit note.
• Returns and exchanges apply only to add-ons; balloons cannot be returned or exchanged.
